This project was a joy! It was a privilege to put the finishing touches on this beautiful home that had been lovingly cared for and updated by a wonderful couple. A bit of history… this was not the first time they had attempted to sell their home. The first time, their real estate agent advised them to move out and sell the home vacant. Unfortunately, it sat on the market and did not sell. The homeowners moved back in until the time felt right to try again. Fast forward t0 2024 - with a new realtor who saw the beauty in their lived-in space and proposed staging the home while occupied. I came in and gave it that photo-ready look to make their property stand out among other listings. Five days later, they were under contract - selling for 8.5% over list price.
