The Brown Street Project

The Brown Street Project in Westbrook, Maine demonstrates how impactful occupied home staging can be without introducing an entire house of new furnishings. The homeowners had already created a beautiful, comfortable interior with quality pieces that suited the home well. Our role was to refine and enhance what was already there.

Working primarily with the homeowners' existing furniture and décor, we improved furniture placement, strengthened the flow between rooms, and introduced a limited selection of artwork, pillows, throws, greenery, and accessories. These carefully chosen additions brought warmth, texture, and visual cohesion while allowing the home's existing character to remain the focus.

The Brown Street Project shows that successful occupied home staging isn't about replacing everything a homeowner owns. Often, the greatest impact comes from editing, arranging, and styling a home's existing furnishings to present it at its very best.
